ハンドメイド商品や天然素材の商品は、色や形に若干の違い生じます。また負荷をかけると破損する恐れがあります。

お使いの端末や閲覧環境により、色味や質感が多少異なって見えることがございます。

当店の商品による怪我やアレルギー、誤飲など事故には、充分お気を付けください。当店は、一切の責任を負いかねます。

Handmade products and natural material products may have individual differences of color and shape. Products may be damaged if subjected to impact.

販売価格は、税込み表記です。

別途、配送料がかかります。配送料に関しては、各商品のページでご確認ください。

支払い手数料は、購入者さまでご負担ください。

発送について / Shipping

送料が別途かかります。 各商品ページをご確認ください。

代金のお支払い確定後、10営業日以内に発送いたします。海外送金の場合は、入金確認にお時間がかかります。あらかじめご了承ください。

EMSをご希望の場合は、お届け先がEMS対象地域であることをご確認の上、ご購入ください。 対象外の地域でEMSを選択された場合は通常航空便での発送となります。 その場合、送料の差額は返金できません。

After your payment is confirmed, we will ship the item within 10 business days.

If you use overseas remittance, we will take time to confirm your payment. Thank you for understanding.

If you choose EMS, please make sure that the destination of the product is within EMS area, before purchase.

If you select EMS in the unable area, the products are shipped by regular airmail. In that case, the difference of shipping costs is not refunded.

キャンセル・交換・返品について / Cancellation Exchange Return

ご注文後のキャンセル、交換は受け付けておりません。

商品に欠陥がある場合をのぞき、基本的には返品には応じません。

お届けした商品に破損、不備などがございましたら、５日以内にご連絡ください。事実確認の上、対応いたします。

Cancellations or exchanges are not permitted, after ordering.

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

If the delivered product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days. We will respond after confirming the facts.
