金平糖は16世紀ごろにポルトガルから日本に伝わった南蛮菓子。
当時は珍しく高価であったことから、
招福や厄除け願いを込めて贈られる縁起物として扱われるようになりました。

A4サイズのファイルがすっぽり入る使いやすい大きさ。
薄手で軽く、バッグに忍ばせておけば、お買い物やサブバッグとして活躍します。

型染めの技法を用い、ひとつひとつ手作業で染めています。
手仕事ならではの風合いをお楽しみください。

Konpeitō was introduced to Japan from Portugal in the 16th century.
Once considered rare and valuable, it came to be cherished as a symbol of good fortune and protection.

Each piece is hand-dyed using a traditional stencil dyeing technique.
