1927年創業、秩父銘仙の老舗織元です。

大正から昭和初期にかけて、銘仙は一世を風靡しました。

そしてその勢いを失っても、ずっと銘仙を作り続けてきたのが逸見織物です。

一時は、唯一の銘仙織元となったこともありました。

現在は3代目が活躍中。

近年は反物だけでなく、秩父銘仙を使用した商品の企画・製造するなど、積極的に活動しています。

Hemi Orimono is a long-established manufacturer of Chichibu-Meisen, a type of silk textile, founded in 1927.

Although in the early 1900s, Meisen were very popular among young women, Meisen lost the momentum with the passing of time.

However, Hemi Orimono has continued to make Meisen.

For a while, Hemi Orimono was the only Meisen manufacturer.

Today, however, there are several Meisen manufacturer in the Chichibu area.

The third generation is currently working at Henmi Orimono.

Recently, Henmi Orimono has not only been producing Chichibu-Meisen fabrics, but also planning and manufacturing products using Chichibu-Meisen.
